Role: Art & Marketing Lead

  • Brand strategy: created a coherent brand image by developing original content for TikTok, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Loyalty & engagement: ran creative local campaigns, the most notable of which was a planed public theatrical performance where a woman wearing a banoom retrieves a woman’s stolen purse and delivers the line “saved the day whilst protecting my skin from sun damage, thanks to the banoom”.
  • Website Management: Set and analyzed KPIs and managed SEO. Informed marketing strategy by regularly researching best practices in content strategy, community management and social engagement.

  • Social media was our primary marketing channel, but I distributed branded stickers and letters at local craft markets, and social events.

  • I arranged product swaps with local vintage retailers and gifted products in exchange for story ads to Ottawa based interior design influencers.
